Incidentally, the trading volume in the stock market DOES matter and has actually been putting in records in the last few weeks. Several days the NYSE volume went over 5 Billion shares traded; and we even had a nearly 7 Billion share day - the day of the surprise Fed cut....

ReplyDelete2) He's speaking to Realtors. In Kentucky. Talking about the Lexington market, which has seen more modest trends compared to the coasts.
This isn't the way he talks during press conferences; he is much more conservative/objective.
But, still, it's his job to help Realtors interpret data to their advantage. What do you expect?
